I have found an interesting book online on regression methods for public health using R. This is the book by Ramzi W. Nahhas. It has different parts such as data summarization, simple and multiple linear regression, binary logistic regression, survival analysis, analyzing complex survey data, and multiple imputation of missing data. This is a good book for beginners and mid-career researchers.
